The food was good, service was good. Everything was fine, no complaints.

Great food but the order taker was incredibly rude and didn't respond to requests or me saying thank you at all

We ate after 8:00 and the salad I got had lettuce in it that seemed like they run out and supplemented. Chicken tasted old. Definitely could tell they were close to closing time.

zaxbys food is nothing like it use to be... and they got my whole order wrong.

I had to wait a long time, I was asked to park while I waited. The food was not as good as I hoped.
