I love Zaxbys. This visit tho, the fries were cold and not good at all. Don't think you should have to pay for honey mustard or any dipping sauce. I can go to chik Fila and get as many sauces as needed for free.

Associate took three attempts to get my order right and it still arrived incorrect. He was much too interested in socializing with the other cashier to have good attention to detail.

The service was great but the food was just ok. It wasn't fresh when I got home with it and I only live 7 minutes away. It was very soggy.
