Zaxby's

Drive thru took longer than expected but not too long of a wait. Salad tasted good

I got a Coke and it was awful! It tasted more like seltzer water. This isn't the first time I've gotten bad drinks at this Zaxbys.

The workers weren't as friendly as I'm used to.

Chicken strips and fries were cold and hard. I was very disappointed I love Zaxby's, but this time they disappointed me

I started out highly dissatisfied but the manager made it right in the end. I was asked by the woman at the drive through to park because part of my order was not ready. She said it would be brought out to me when it was ready. Even though I parked in clear view of the drive through she forgot to send my food out. After about 15 minutes I called the restaurant and told them what happened. I couldn't get out of my car because I had two sleeping babies. A woman came out and asked to see my receipt. I gave her my receipt and told her I just wanted my money back instead. A few minutes later the manager came out with my food and a refund. I had about 25 minutes invested in this transaction at this point. The managers sincere apologies and behavior are the only reason I would consider going back to this Zaxbys. I can't remember his name but he is the manager of the restaurant in Maumelle, AR.

I always get the house salad with grilled chicken, and I love it. But on this visit, the chicken tastes gross, and I couldn't finish my meal.
