The service was not good at this Zaxby's. I ordered 2 salads and drinks. I had to wait 15 minutes for my 2 salads. There was no one else in line in the restaurant, so it's not that they were too busy. They also got my order wrong. I was disappointed in my trip to Zaxby's.

I usually really enjoy the food from Zaxby's. Tonight, however, the food was under seasoned-especially the fries and it did not taste fresh. Poor visit!

Love to eat Zaxby's but they have the worst staff. There not pleasant, friendly, or patient at all. It's not once but it's every time you go there it's like that. Get better staff and it would be one of the best places to eat at!!
