Zaxby's

Ordered for. Bunch of people and good food

Zaxby's is a favorite of several family members. The one thing I've been disappointed with lately is the freestyle drink quality. The mix often seems "off" and is not tasty.

They got my order incorrect but let me just keep it and refunded the difference

My son adores eating at Zaxby's. Whenever he gets to pick our dining destination, Zaxby's will be a choice. I would like to see more healthy option on the menu. Even the salads are filled with less than healthy ingredients. The sodas taste horrible since they've gone with the "freestyle" machine.

Service super slow ! Other employees just standing around not offering to help the one cashier

second time this week had problems with my order

The service was not good at this Zaxby's. I ordered 2 salads and drinks. I had to wait 15 minutes for my 2 salads. There was no one else in line in the restaurant, so it's not that they were too busy. They also got my order wrong. I was disappointed in my trip to Zaxby's.

I usually really enjoy the food from Zaxby's. Tonight, however, the food was under seasoned-especially the fries and it did not taste fresh. Poor visit!
