Chicken tenders were overlooked, barely even able to be chewed.

Wrong order given. Didn't realize it until I got home. Probably due to lawn service completing parking lot maintenance with a leaf blower. Waited five minutes to try to order because the cashier couldn't hear me due to the noise.

I moved to Georgia 12 years ago. That was the first time I'd ever heard of zaxbys. At that time the big zax snack was amazing. Today eating my meal I noticed the seasoned fries u used to love were hardly seasoned and the portion was about 1/4 of what it was 12 years ago. The chicken tenders were over cooked dry and tiny. So disappointed that the quality has gone so far down hill. I will no longer be a patron.

The food was not to the usual quality... The fries were over cooked and I asked for no cheese and the sandwich had cheese on it

usually zaxby's has good quality food but here lately every time I get the big zax snack the chicken tastes like it's been cooked in old oil.
