Didn't complete my order correctly, had to go in the store to get the rest of my order

Cajun Club is too wet a sandwich to eat without getting it all over. First taste that great either. French fries were warm not hot so they were not great either.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with no lettuce and tongue torch sauce instead of honey mustard. I got a chicken salad sandwich on toast with hot sauce. I did not look at my food until I had left the store I do not understand how this order was gotten so wrong.

I intended on eating here but they were closed and I didn't want to go through the drive-thru

Arrived at drive thru 5 min til close. Girl took the order then another guy hops on and says sorry we can't fill your order because the computer shut down cause it thinks it's 10:00. Really?! I've worked retail management all my life and I've NEVER known a computer to just shut itself down. Seems to me someone didn't wanna cook the order because they were ready to go home. Corporate and upper management have been contacted!!!!

The Game Day Filet was stringy and WAY too hot (unlike the one I had a few weeks ago at the same location.) It had obviously been sitting under a lamp for awhile. The fries were soggy and underdone. I've been wanting to eat at Zaxbys because of my earlier positive experience but this visit scratched Zaxbys off my list for a good long while.
