Good food

Service was ok but not as good as it could have been.

The food did not come out hot so I had to send it back and at first there was a problem until a young lady by the name of Melissa walked up to the counter and said it's no problem and made us feel like we didn't have to eat cold food and had it remade and I think it was just wonderful how she handled the situation.

Love the zax sauce

Fries and chicken was over cooked, all of the tables were sticky

Good hot fresh food, but they gave me the wrong order by mistake which wasn't a problem but the lady in the kitchen got an attitude about it which was un called for I didn't order what they gave me I just wanted my order corrected

They were out of French fries and onion rings. They offered to charge extra for a different side item.... NO more Zaxbys for us!!

Food wasn't that good. The drinks were mostly ice and the prices were too high for what it was worth
