I don't care for it but my husband loves the sauce

This is the 3rd time I've been there and received bad food.

I picked Zaxby's because I wanted/craved their chips with my Grilled chicken sandwich. BUT when I ordered and asked for chips instead of fries I was told they could no longer do that. I would have to buy them as a side for $3.59. No thanks. The service I received was great and this store is always a good experience for me but I am extremely disappointed with this decision. I would even be willing to pay a little extra to make the change from fries to chips. I'll think twice before going to Zaxby's because of this change.

Slow, salad was bad

Food was very salty and men's room did not have soap.

Terrible

Terrible experience .. Waited almost 15 minutes, the said for fresh chicken, while 2 of our dinners set there getting cold, when u asked, they said the redid them when I knew the didn't. Pulled away from window, checked and sure enough it was cold. Took it back in only to wait again , this time for fries, while the food I have gets cold... It was so in call for .. If properly trained they should know you don't do this
