The wait in the drive thru was over 20 minutes. Once at the window there was no apology or explanation given for the wait. Cashier was very impersonal

i order a salad and was not given any utensils and did not realize until I had left the restaurant. the girl was very rude as well

We ordered 2 Zax sauces with our wings and things order and they still gave us a ranch and a Zax sauce. Also I ordered a Zaxby's chicken club with ranch instead of mayonnaise and they still put mayonnaise on it. They did not follow our order very thoroughly.

I ordered a Zaxby's club with no tomato and ranch instead of mayonnaise when they sent it out the first time it had mayonnaise on it I sent it back and they brought it out with tomatoes on it so they took it back and then must have just took off the tomatoes and then put everything back on the sandwich because the top slice of bread and everything in the middle was cut one way and the bottom slice of bread was cut a different way if they're going to do that they should at least make sure that The food is cut the same way
