Ok place asked for some Hot water to heat up a bottle they forgot about me

Usually I love chuck e cheese but at this location the staff were very unfriendly & not welcoming at all. The bathrooms were messy it was pee on all toilets & toilet paper everywhere. Chuck e came out and the manager standing next to him was very rude, he only three out a few tickets to a bunch of kids & made a smart remark afterwards. Long story short I will never visit this location again.
