I can't figure out why my beloved ultimate cheeseburgers are crappy now. I thought it was just because of the place I always go to in Newark, CA but the one I had in Gilroy was bad too. The patties are dry and there's not enough condiments on it. They used to be so good and that's just not the case anymore.

Will not be visiting this location over 15 min waiting in the drive thru early in the morning not acceptable only 2 cars in front of me

It took 17 minutes for 2 tacos. They gave everyone there order before mine and customers came after me and when I ordered 4 tacos they gave me 2 and I did not go back because I had already driven out of the parking lot. I was charged for 4 tacos so it was unexceptable to take 17 minutes for only 2 tacos
