We visited in evening no other customers and place was a wreck. Trash in floor, trash bins full, restrooms a mess

It took 18 minutes from the time Laquita took my order to the time I drove away. They closed the window on me while I was trying to pay and they didn't know how to operate the coupon for 2 free tacos that was printed on the reciept

Could not understand lady in the drive thru and we sat at the window for 15 minutes before we got our food.

We attempted to use the drive thru. We were the only ones in the line and it took the girl 10 minutes to acknowledge us to take our order. There was only one man sitting inside the restaurant. After placing our order we waited and additional 15 minutes. We finally parked and went it and our food was sitting there. We will not be back to that Jack In the Box. The service is horrible.
