The employee working the drive through was kind of sassy but gave me a big sized water cup and a bunch of ranch, the food was super good though.

Restaurant was clean, service was quick and food was fresh. My 11 yr. old made the decision to visit JITB and he was definitely NOT disappointed!

I asked if I could have a hot and fresh French Fries, and they gave me warm old fries. At least at McDonald's they ask if I could pull over because there making a fresh an hot batch and they will bring it out right away and not give me old fries.

Ordered 3 drinks. It took them 20 minutes to make 3 milkshakes. 15 cars in drive thru got their orders! It was clear they only cared about their drive thru time. Terrible terrible service!
