my order was incorrect and items were left out of my bag

Took 10 minutes from ordering to getting my food. Then had to get back in line because my order was wrong and had to wait another 10 min! And the egg on the breakfast sandwich tasted like burnt grease.

My experience was awful. I didn't get to order because the line never moved. Cars had to back up out of drive thru to let cars in front of them out because the wait was so long. You couldn't go inside because it was after hours. I left and went to McDonald's.
