Was given incorrect order, wasn't pleased

I didn't like the taste of my nuggets this time. My food was greasy.

Food was cold and the lettuce inside the tacos was extremely soggy.

The cashier informed me that she was unable to take two separate orders which is completely unacceptable in the fast food industry. There is no other fast food restaurant anywhere around that wouldn't take two separate orders. On top of that it took 20 minutes for us to get our order. I don't blame the cashier at all, I would assume that it probably has something to do with the fact that this particular location was highly understaffed. The cashier was a little unfriendly though. But who wouldn't be if they were being worked extremely hard?
