Gave incorrect food and drink items and paid 4 dollars for 5 onion rings

I went in to order food and stood for about 5 minutes with no interaction from anyone. finally I asked if the girl was taking orders and she said no we aren't taking any orders right now and we won't be able to get to you for about an hour. the people in front of me said that had waited for over 30 minutes and still had not received their order. the line for the drive thru was backed up to the road. this place had three workers and couldn't serve people in a timely manner. this is a complete joke they should just close their doors if they can't fully staff the place to function properly
