work on listening to the customer instead of moving so fast to get them off the drive thru timer... fries weren't fresh, cheap on the condiments on my order, and did not give me ketchup on side even though repeatedly asked

After waiting and not moving for 10 minutes after ordering we left without getting food. It was way to slow.
