The people gave us not what we ordered and everything was cold

The food was good but really greasy.

The pop machine was down so no good choices on beverage. The food was just ok and the restaurant was so cold we had to wear our coats.

Good food staff wasn't very friendly .pop fountain three of the drinks were empty .several napkin holder were either empty or halt empty.

I took several minutes to get out to item order completed while the drive-through just anyway was just giving excuses by the minimal staff had other staff just standing around doing nothing

We used to love jib when it first opened , but now it's greasy and inconsistent. Only thing still worth the visit to jib is the mini churros

Half of the drinks were wrong and they only gave us one water when we ordered two. My wife ordered a regular fry and it was half full if curly fries but only on the bottom. Half way thru eating my wife noticed the dupe. The people were kind of rude and seemed that we were inconveniencing them by asking for the correct drinks.

Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes until someone rudely told me the computers were down and I would not be able to place an order
