They forgot some of my order and I had to go inside the store to get it. Is it that hard to count the number of items in an order?

undercooked food and the service speed and quality was poor, will not be returning

I pulled up and they were closed for cleaning the vent but had no notice that they were closed and had all the lights on. I sat in the drive through for a few minutes waiting for service only to have employees ignore me as they walk by. It would have been nice to have a notice that they were closed.
