I love their monster tacos!!

Speed of service is bad but good pricing.

Did not receive my antenna ball even though I ordered a large combo

Jack is one of my main places to go because of the making it when you order it, thrUst a little greasy

Quick in and out. Food was not very hot and too greasy.

The food was overcooked and I had to wait ten minutes because the cashier and the cooks were laughing and joking instead of watching the food. I won't be back until new people are hired at that location. I, being a teenager, understand you want to have fun at work but I also understand that people pay their money expecting decent food so they need to be respected enough to at least get that. That was the worse service of my life.

Found a foreign object in my burrito

Waited forever in the line and the car in front of us finally pulled out of the line to park and find out about their order and we left without our food
