Jack in the Box

Staff was friendly and the food was good. The place was clean and nice to eat there. My spouse and I enjoy the meal and we had a great time. The great outlook of the location was very nice.

First time eating hack in the box. Their classic butter burger was really good and I don't like fast food much. I liked that they also had cookies and cake. Yum! Will def be the place for me to go back

When I pulled up there was an error message on the screen. It took a minute but someone came on to take my order. I asked how one of the sandwiches was made. The chick could not hear me. I had to repeat it three times. Then there was a silence. I assumed she was asking someone but she never gave a "hold on" response or anything close to it. She responded back and I asked her to dress the sandwich a different way and asked or a second sandwich another way. The only thing we were changing is the sauce.It took a few more attempts to get that correct. She did ask if I wanted them in the combo. I said no. She immediately gave me my total with out asking if that would be all. I asked for drinks and was promptly given the new total. It was one of those situations where she wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. I knew what I wanted when I pulled to the second menu. ( by the way I really like both menus displayed in the drive thrus) Customer service can be so crapy in beaumont. All I expect is a smile and friendliness in attitude and a persons voice. The food was good. Bread was tougher on the crust but flavors, temperature, and texture was great in the rest of the sandwich. Lot was clean.
