I normally have a great experience at jack n the box. But this time I was super disappointed . The food was not good, good a chicken sand which with curly fries. Looked like they just slapped the sandwich together, I asked for no lettuce but extra tomato.... That not what I got and the curly fries was cold.

Need to pay attention to add on requests. I had asked for lettuce to be added to a burger and they forgot it. :-(
