Person working drive thru was unfriendly and sounded annoyed to be taking our order

Staff is not customer service oriented and never count back change. They just hand it back to you in a pile saying "here you go".

Slow slow service under staffed

This jack in the box has so many homeless people inside and outside of the restaurant. They ask for money and food and loiter around. They sit in the restaurant and aren't eating, just watching you eat. The place is dirty and it smells. The bathroom is where the homeless people bathe.

Have gone to this restaurant several times in the past few weeks. There is usually something Wrong with the order. And staff is lacking in customer service. Person working Drive thru tends to be rude
