Speed was really slow and had to repeat my order more than three times. Staff was not focus and seemed lost.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at jack in the box. The inside of the restaurant was very dirty. The staff was rude and they took a long time to even take my order. I waited 30 minutes just to get my order. I will never come back to jack in the box.

Took FOREVER to take my order & FOREVER to get to the window!!! Once I finally reached the window, I realized that the employee & his friend were just chatting up a storm instead of working on getting anything done !! Very disappointed

Stopped in for a shake and no one was at the counter. Stood there for about 5 mins with out seeing anyone.
