Its was okay service is why ill return again very friendly.

I requested mayo onion sauce on top and bottom of breakfast jack. They did what I asked. That is amazing! I have a swallowing disorder and can't tolerate a dry sandwich. Thank you

At 3:09 pm 11-22-15 I ordered 2 jumbo jacks. The bottom bun on both were burned, one at least edible, but the other one was totally black/charred. How could they not see this? Did they think it would be covered up with burger and no one would notice? How awful. I took it back and asked they make a new one. They immediately did that and were polite. But why did they serve it in the first place? AND a mgr was working in the production area!
