This is the Jack in the box in El Campo Texas. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order to be taken. I drove up and found out there was 1 car at the window. Pulled back to the speaker and continued to wait. Finally ordered my 4 breakfast sandwiches. Asked the teenager at the window, what happened. He said the vehicle in front of me ordered 15 sandwiches. Both of the times that I had to wait this long...I got no receipt. Love Jack in the box, but will never go to this one.
