It was late but the wait was too long!!!

Waited way too long to place order and receive food. Not enough people working. Didn't receive napkins or ketchup. Staff had terrible customer service.

My experience was HORRIBLE! I waited about 15 to have my order taken, another 10 so the car in front of me could get their food & another 5 to get mine it was terrible.
