We waited at the counter for over 6 min and no one came up to us. I also watched the manager sneeze without covering his mouth all over the drive through food!!! That was when we left! I'm visiting California and this would have been my first time to a jack in the box and I didn't get anything and won't be back to any other!

Very filthy place. Restrooms very smelly and fluid all over the place. Could not understand servers.

Too bad I lost the receipt because I really wanted to write a review for the location in Del mar - california , I used the drive thru and I got a terrible service , I ask for a hamburger for my kid to be plain and when he opened in the car it had mayo and pickle etc , after I left I had to go back to jack in ten box because they didn't put all my order that I paid for in the bag they missed some tacos , my coffee and sandwiches , really! Like half of my order , they made me waste time and it is not the first time .
