The guy was not helpful at all. Told me I had to have new tires because they couldn't fix the one I came in for and the others needed replacing. Did not offer any choices, told me it would be $550, but when rang up, it was $618. I asked why it was more than his quote and he said there were extras. No explanation. I saw a poster on the window about a special Brigestone where you get a free Visa gift card and asked if that was what he put on. He said No, they didn't make tires for my minivan. No thank you or anything. Just told us to sign.
