Love the peach tea!

I ate my food cold after I had to go back because I took my food to go, got home, and realized they didn't complete my order. Then I went back to Jack and they only gave me the only item missing. Didn't offer anything else.

I had to repeat my order more than 5 times at the speaker and the girl kept getting it wrong. I'm pretty sure she was talking to somebody else instead of paying attention to my order. We went specifically for the highly advertised Jack ball although they couldn't answer when I asked what I needed to purchase to get it. The Jack balls were listed on the screen but after we left we realized they weren't in the bag at all. When we drive back (irritating to have to do that), we couldn't get anyone to acknowledge us at the counter. The lack of management was obvious. Not my best trip to Jack in the Box.

The jumbo jack had a rancid smell like something on it went bad. I don't know if t was meat or mayo or what. Also food was barely warm.
