Very friendly staff. However, service was much slower than usual for the time that I visited (3-4pm). Only one drive thru window was used.

I had originally gotten in line at the drive-thru, but the wait was extremely long and hadn't moved for more than 5 minutes. I exited the drive-thru and went inside to order my food to-go. The line was not very long inside. The cashier was very friendly and helped me immediately. However, the food was taking quite a while to be prepared. I was satisfied with the friendliness but dissatisfied with the slower than regular service

The worse experience ever with in n out. Ordered 3 burgers totally soggy, the paper even tore. The fries cold Luke they had been sitting. Horrible experience .
