It feels like a number of your stores in Southern California (and likely elsewhere as well) have seating capacities and/or parking lots that aren't large enough for customers to enjoy the In-N-Out experience. Perhaps you could set up an incentive program for people who place to-go orders at the counter (potentially easing drive-thru traffic AND freeing up space for those who absolutely need to dine-in). Just a thought.
