We used to love this Red Robin. But it seems to be declining with its age. The staff isn't as friendly, not nearly as attentive and the food takes too long. We got there at 1115, only 15 minutes after they opened. There were about 5 customers already seated. The kid behind the hostess desk didn't even look up and said "be with you in a minute"...and it was four minutes. I timed it. And he wasn't even doing something that couldn't wait. It set the whole negative tone for the rest of our visit.

Good food and atmosphere I just wish they would take away the 24 hr rule to use a gift card you just bought.

Dirty restaurant..very dusty..super slow service..not our waitress fault ..didn't have enough staff when we got there
