White Castle

It was a very lengthy wait in the drive-thru, and not only was my order lacking the condiments I requested, but also an order of onion rings

This is the most rude White Castles I have ever been to. First they got my order wrong and when I took it back up the manager blamed it on me and said well you ordered this and you should have said that. Thing is I did tell them how I wanted it but she wasn't hearing it and that's not the first time I've gotten attitude from a manager when they've messed up! Then after waiting another 10 minutes I finally got my right food and it was so dry I couldn't even bite into it. I just threw my order away
