Cook Out

Cashier seemed frustrated and I saw her roll her eyes when repeating my order to the one making my shakes! I repeated my order once I got to the window to make sure she had it right. She seemed really annoyed when I told her I ordered a double chocolate shake a s not just a chocolate shake. She said I know what you ordered and then repeated it. When I looked at my receipt it had chocolate shake. There is a difference!! I'm not used to that type of attitude from the staff at Cook Out!

Our order was incorrect not once, but 3 times, it's like they heard what they wanted, and were not listening.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the size of the chicken was so small and disproportionate to the size of the bun. It was ridiculously small especially for what I paid. The line was crazy long but they did get through the line reasonably quickly. Also, they put way too much ice in my coke. The amount of soda actually in the 32oz cup was probably only 20oz. Overall, disappointed with quality and price.
