Finally a good experience at this Steak 'n Shake! Staff was actually friendly & we got food in a timely manner unlike last time when nobody seated us for 20 minutes in an empty restaurant and took an HOUR to bring us MILKSHAKES.

The location was convenient and food was hot and fresh. I wish they had this store in Jackson, MS!

Shakes were great. Service sucked! Took forever to take our to go order and even longer to get our shakes, when they weren't even busy.
