Extremely slow service, just like last time. Took 10 minutes for served to acknowledge us. Another 15 minutes for drinks. She fever brought the chili out ahead of the meal. Overall not great

My daughter and I sat down and ordered dinner. The hostess sat us and we were sitting about 8 minutes before we were even acknowledged by our server or any other staff. We received our cups of chili after waiting about 20 minutes and then received our food almost instantly after. The chili should be brought out quickly after ordering so you can enjoy it while you wait for your meal. I was able to have one bite of chili before my meal came and then had to decide which I would like to eat cold. The value is great at steak and shake but I would have paid more if it meant good service. The restaurant was in no way overwhelmingly busy at the time either.
