Appeared unclean several tables needed bussing. Food was good.

Great food. Just not very fast through drive thru.

Great food for a great price

We ordered a hot dog kids meal. The server wrote it correctly on the order pad however when the check arrived (before our food) it said corn dog meal and that's what we got. The kitchen needs to be more careful when reading the server's order pad.

I love this place have been going there since I was a kid, but our waitress, young, had a horrible attitude, seemed lazy, and was horrible with our drinks. she gave us styrofoam

They were very busy. The food left a little to be desired but the service was friendly.

Was very disappointed. Wanted the white chocolate that is advertised and they don't even carry it

I love Steak and shake but I don't know how likely we are to visit as much as we did before because the one on our side of town steak and shake Westside was just recently shut down hopefully they get it back up and running very soon!!!!!
