Steak 'n Shake

Was highly disappointed not normal service. First I stood at doorway almost 5 minutes with at least 5 employees looking directly at me or passing me without even acknowledging me. Then once seated almost left waited another 5 minutes for server to return with drinks and take order. Waited 12-15 minutes for food to arrive my order was incorrect (had to slice of tomato on it which I am allergic to and asked to be left off and asked for seasoned fries and got regular) but no one checked with me about it and other guest had to ask 3 times for their order. I then asked for a chocolate peppermint shake to go and was told despite table signage, placemat advertising and signs in windows they were out of all holiday shake flavors and no offer of a rain check or discount for different type was like no one there cared. Hadn't been to a shake n shake in almost a year and had this been my only experience with the company I would never return
