The associate who took my order was in a hurry and rushing me. I only ordered a black coffee and she cut me off before I could even finish. When I pulled up to the window I heard her tell another co-worker that she was going on break, so clearly I was inconveniencing her. Not great.

The credit card machine was broken, the wait in the drive thru was beyond extensive (I was in line for almost 20 minutes) and when I got to the window they didn't have my correct order so a manager had to be brought in because the cashier couldn't figure it out. Horrible experience!!
