Didn't have big bag of rawhide bones, very expensive. Otherwise good selection and helpful staff

Good Custer service but need to restock merchandise

I was looking for a specific leash, I had been told that petco carried the item. the customer service was horrible pointing not showing where the item should have been. it wasn't a problem that they didn't have the item, the problem was how everything was handled from the time I asked for help too the time we all realized they didn't have it and the follow through. just zero customer service. I will NEVER go to this petco again, I will drive out of the way to get what I need for my pet
