Steak 'n Shake

The burgers were as good as usual

Food was great, staff was not really friendly. Didn't put any of the sauces I asked for in my bag.

I love Steak N Shake! I wish more people were friendlier and whenever there's a person waiting to pay, they just stare at you and you wait until ten minutes later...

I ordered a milk shake ate my food and still no milk shake had to find my waitress and ask where it was

The service was slow, very busy. The fries were not hot and the sandwich was very dry. I waited over 45 minutes to get my food. The waitress was very good, did every thing she could to accommodate me. It was the kitchen that was the problem.

We are from out of town and don't have a steak and shake. The service was awful, there were 4 employees working maybe more and only 3 tables. It took 15 minutes just to seat us, another 10 for her to even come back and take our order. Ordered a sweet tea and it wasn't sweet, she never even fixed it. Just a horrible experience. I will never go back
