It was horrible, took almost an hour to get food and service was terrible

I have never had a good experience at this particular Steak 'n Shake I will not be back . Took 15 just for the hostess to get a table clean and then our waitress found it necessary to over compensate for everything even before we ordered . Finally received meal and after I had drank and 1/4 of milkshake I Noticed the glass was broke waitress got manager but he was unconcerned and said that's fine I'll just take it if your bill but showed no concern that I may have drank glass

I was sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes before I finally got my food. The burger was completely burnt and disgusting. I was highly disappointed in this location.

After them trying to charge me for two combo meals they finally got a manager to take care of the situation but by then 10mins later they gave me my shooters and they were cold as ICE!!!! I was so unset I couldn't drive all the way back!!!!!! Horrible service!!!!!
