Steak 'n Shake

Love the food at steak and shake and the friendly staff

I got very broken up fries, which was disappointing. They should have been trashed and a new batch

Very slow service. Food is good, but I cannot go often on my lunch because of how long it takes to get served.

Wait wasn't unusually long but the chili 3 way my husband ordered came as a 5 way so he had to take a lot off and was disappointed

They are the lowest people

I sat in the drive thru line for a total of 16 minutes. Once I got to the window the girl didn't acknowledge my wait or apologize. She wasn't friendly at all. She almost looked miserable to even be there. She ever told me thank you. Very very dissatisfied with the service.

I have never had a good experience at this particular Steak 'n Shake I will not be back . Took 15 just for the hostess to get a table clean and then our waitress found it necessary to over compensate for everything even before we ordered . Finally received meal and after I had drank and 1/4 of milkshake I Noticed the glass was broke waitress got manager but he was unconcerned and said that's fine I'll just take it if your bill but showed no concern that I may have drank glass

After them trying to charge me for two combo meals they finally got a manager to take care of the situation but by then 10mins later they gave me my shooters and they were cold as ICE!!!! I was so unset I couldn't drive all the way back!!!!!! Horrible service!!!!!
