They need to put more people on. The restaurant was full and only one server on. Poor girl was running around like crazy but still so sweet!!! She was awesome!

Got the order wrong and had to drive back for it they did apologize and give us the correct order though

They were super busy only had one server took 20 minutes to get out drinks and an hour to get my food! Then when my food did come to the table it was cold because it sat in the window forever! Our server was okay but you could tell he was busy and stressed probably won't go back

This was the worst experience ever. We got to steak n shake at 6:30 and then we left at 8:30 because the service was so slow

Horrible experience. Only one server and the place was packed. Didn't get my drink order in until 30 mins after already being seated.
