Horrible

I had a coupon that the manager refused to accept; she insisted that she needed a print out of the the coupon even though I showed her the code that she should have entered. I was not very happy.

I ordered at the drive thru and they said veggie sliders would take 5 minutes. That was 9:45. I paid and waited 5 minutes then was asked to pull up and they would bring out my order. 15 minutes later I went in and asked about my order it had been 25 minutes. 10 minutes later I got my order. 50 % of the staff had in shirts that said trainer. What idiot scheduled that staff for a Saturday night? That manager should be unemployed in my opinion.

First I ordered the 2 piece mixed dinner it should have cost around $5. It came to $8.08 I asked the cashier why it was so expensive and her response was because of all the extra's you ordered! I did not order any extras. I ordered the 2 piece mixed combo (leg/wing) and okra as my side, and Water for my drink. She said your okra cost an additional $2.85. I was like it's my side item? So I then ask what sides come with the combo and she says they all cost additional it then asked why she charged for the water her response was it's part of the combo I have to charge $1.25 for it. I was very disappointed. I ended up just ordering 2 pieces of chicken and a cup of water. I very seriously doubt I'll go back very bad experience.

Got two things wrong with my order and when I went back in they were rude.

Not so much friendly night shift associate. I even say you have a good evening and didn't get no respond in return. Drive-thur tAking order was a long wait, but there was no cars waiting.

I have never been to a White Castle before. I ordered the #1. The only good thing was the soft drink. The sliders were inedible and the fries were cold and over-cooked. Never again would I come to this location.
