I ordered unsweet tea and got sweeten tea and I'm diabetic! I waited in line so long to get my order that I didn't want to wait again for their mistake. So, I had to throw it away!

Hamburgers were a little dry. Got the wrong dipping sauce. Otherwise ok

I was asked to hold 3 times before I was able to place my order then I had to repeat it, very frustrating.

Could not get order right and never did we left without all our order after 3 times trying to get right

The drive thru was extremely slow. There were only 3 cars in the line, including mine, and it took upwards of ten minutes to get 2 sliders. That is unacceptable! Also, the staff did not apologize for the wait or even a simple thank you. Very poor service!
