Unfriendly and one in employee in particular was rude and not helpful at all.

Dining room was very dirty. Had we not already ordered and brought two kids in we would have left. The floor was disgusting. Very disappointing White Castle use to be one of the cleanest places around town. Glenna was very friendly and had a smile on her face the whole time.
