Great breakfast

I chose to eat Hardee's the other morning because I know they offer amazing breakfast items. The drive line moved fairly quickly and service was just ok. My biscuit was delicious as always!

Received food in appropriate time manner. Didn't enjoy the food.

It was good food, however they gave us a wrong sandwich.

We waited 7 - 10 minutes from the speaker to window. I attempted to order the 3 PC combo and the cashier said only a 5 PC combo was available. After I pointed out the 3 PC combo she allowed me to order that. Our food was ready when we got to the window. My husband asked the cashier to repeat the order. She didn't and began taking the order at the speaker. Our food was sitting in the window getting cold. We asked for her attention and she gave us the amount again with an attitude because we interrupted her. Where was the manager? Why weren't they helping to move the line? Why is there only one person in the window when obviously more were needed? We left our food. I couldn't bring myself to pay for food after the extremely long wait, food getting cold in the window while the next order was being taken AND a rude cashier. McD's got our $15.
